How long do we keep personal data
Majenis does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
By default, we assume a retention period of 2 years. However, this may be deviated from due to legal obligations and current agreements. A legal retention period has been imposed by the tax authorities for financial data. We are obliged to keep this data longer and cannot be changed and deleted prematurely.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Majenis will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Majenis remains responsible for these processing operations.

We do not use tracking cookies on the majenis.nl website. We do use functional cookies for the operation of the website and analytical cookies for tracing problems and improving the website.
